Geeta is the founder of Little Dragon Wellness in Washington DC. The clinic is a culmination of a journey that started with her seeking solutions to her own health. Because of the life-changing effects Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine and Wellness practices had on her and it’s integral part of her health today, Geeta strives to create a similarly profound experience for those seeking the same. She strongly believes in educating and empowering her patients to make better decisions about their health over the long term alongside receiving the targeted support of Classical Chinese Medicine. She values the holistic an big picture that Acupuncture theory provides, creating a framework that can hold mental, physical, physiological layers of human nature and even tie them with Nature itself.

Geeta completed her Master's of Acupuncture Degree frrom Maryland University of Integrative Health. She has studied rigorously with nationally recognized herbalists including Jeffrey Yuen and Sharon Weizenbaum.

She specializes in internal medicine and works frequently with patients who suffer from chronic conditions, including autoimmunity, gastrointestinal concerns, women’s health, fertility, anxiety/stress, insomnia, headaches and fatigue. Herbal medicine and diet reccomendations are custom prescribed for each patient.

Geeta lives with her husband and two year old son in NE DC. In her free time, she enjoys practicing yoga, reading fiction and spending time in Nature with her family and her dog, Soufflè.
